Job Description :
As a Customer Service Advisor at Echo Sports Tours, you’ll be at the heart of our business, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include

Greeting and assisting customers in-store, and following up with after-sales service;

Handling customer and partner calls;

Processing payments;
-
Fluency in both French and English is required;

Good physical fitness— you’ll be moving and lifting rental bikes and equipment;

Coordinating with guides and partners;

Taking reservations (by phone, email, or in person);

Basic knowledge of a point-of-sale system and email software to respond to customer inquiries;

Knowledge of Quebec City is a plus.
Job Conditions :

Part-time position, 25 hours per week

$17/hour
