Guided tours:
All booked guided tours must be scheduled at least the day before the departure, no later than 8:00 p.m the night before. Call us for last minute reservation.
Equipment rental:
A reservation is recommended to make sure you have a bike. The reservation could be done up to one hour before departure.
Departure
The departures will take place in the store Echo Sports Tours, 41 Place de Paris. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure to get the bikes ready and receive instructions. Make sure you have suitable clothing to be comfortable with the temperature.
Cancellation
The bike tours are running on sunny or rainy days. No refund will be granted if the cancellation is less then 24 hours before departure.
Since the weather is changing all the time, if we have to cancel a tour it will always be in person only, at the meeting point a couple of minutes before the departure (never in advance). You will then receive a full refund.

***Child rates stop at 14 years and under.
Modality of the rental equipment
A print of a credit card is needed or a piece of ID. An amount may be deducted from the final invoice for loss (ex: key of the lock) or damage on the equipment.
