Rental agreement
The rentee must return all equipement in good condition at the expected time. The rentee wiil be held on is credit card responsibility for late, damages, lose or theft of the rented equipement.
The rentee freely accepts the inherent risks while using the equipement and free the renter of all responsibilities and any claims to the rentor corporal, material or any damage which result directly or indirectly due to the use of the rented equipement.
The rentee recognizes that protection equipement which includes helmet and bicycle locks has been offered and that necessary instruction about the rented equipement is available upon demand. The rented equipement is not to be use in a competiton or exhibition.
The rentee is entirely responsible for late, damages including flats. Fees will be held on the credit card if so.
